The highly anticipated band event of the year “Festival Winds” organised by the Band Directors’ Association (Singapore) is back for its second year running from the 19th-21st and 23rd December 2019! Festival Winds is a premier musical experience for students (Secondary School and above) throughout Singapore to come together and perform with one another. At Festival Winds, students will participate in masterclasses with an esteemed professional faculty and rehearse as an ensemble for 4 days.
